Can I pick up my order myself?
Yes, but only when the shipping cost (especially due to volume) is unprofitable and after consultation. Contact us at info@melimpampa.gr or by phone at 2313 086333, Monday to Friday 10.00-16.00, and we will arrange the day and time when you can come by the address Mikis Theodoraki 86 (Former Lagkada), Postal Code 56727, Thessaloniki and receive your order.
Can I track my order?
Through your account you can select the option “Order History” where you can see the status of your order and track its progress, with the shipping code which is indicated, through the courier company’s electronic application. In any case, you can contact us either by phone at 2313 086333, or by sending an email to info@melimpampa.gr and we will be happy to serve you regarding the progress of your order. Of course, when your order is ready for shipment we will inform you electronically.
Can I return a product?
Of course, you can. If for any reason you change your mind about a product you received, you can return it within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the order at your own expense, as long as the product and its original packaging are intact. To proceed with the return process, you must complete the return form and send it to us together with the product to the address MELIMPAMPA, Mikis Theodoraki 86 (Former Lagkada), 56727 Thessaloniki. We will electronically send you a credit code of equal value to the returned product, which you can redeem on your next purchase.
I received a defective product. What do I do?
We do everything possible to ensure that the products reach you in perfect condition. If, however, you receive a defective product, it has been damaged during transport or it is not what you ordered, please inform us of the reason for the return by calling 2313 086333 and send the product to MELIMPAMPA, Mikis Theodoraki 86 (Former Lagkada), Postal Code 56727, Thessaloniki and we will cover the return costs (excluding the cost of cash on delivery) and refund your money within 15 days to a bank account of your choice. Alternatively, if you wish, we will send you a credit code of equal value to the returned product, which you can redeem on your next purchase.
Am I responsible for the return costs?
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, the return costs are your responsibility. If you want us to send you another product instead of the one you are returning, the shipping costs are your responsibility. If the error is ours, i.e. if you received the wrong product or a defective product, then the return costs are our responsibility. The COD cost is not refundable.
How do I send the product back to you?
We recommend that you send the products you wish to return by courier service for greater security, as we are not responsible for products that may be lost or damaged during their return to us.
I would prefer to return the product in person. Is that possible?
