ESSENTIAL OILS

Essential oils generously offer their beneficial effects on the human body. They constitute the life force, energy and soul of a plant. Thanks to their wide range of properties, they are used for beautification, aromatization and therapeutic purposes. The products of the Aromatherapy series harmoniously combine all the properties of essential oils, offering an ideal aromatherapy!
HOW TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS
For an aromatic bath:

10 to 15 drops dissolved in a shower gel. Also for foot baths use 4 drops in a basin of warm water, immersing the feet for about 20 minutes.

For massage:

Massage with essential oils is a noticeable and very beneficial aid in aromatherapy.
Dosage: 3-5 drops in 10ml (2 teaspoons) of base oil or lotion.

For a facial massage:

3 drops in 10ml of the oil dilution are enough.

For compresses, cold or hot:

5 to 6 drops in ½ liter of water. Shake the water with the oil and quickly soak a piece of sterile gauze in it, wring it out and apply it to the area that needs treatment.

Room aromatherapy:

Use special devices, essential oil burners by adding water to the surface and a tealight candle to the base or pour a few drops on your fireplace wood or candles to clear the atmosphere from cigarette smoke and scent your room wonderfully depending on your mood. Evaporating the essential oil very quickly spreads its fragrance throughout the surrounding area.

Inhalations for a facial sauna:

5 to 7 drops into a basin of boiling water (approx. 1/2 liter) and sit over the basin with a towel over your head.
Precautions: keep your eyes closed to avoid irritation. This can be dangerous and should not be used on children without adult supervision. People with thin, sensitive skin should not use this method.
