Returns/Exchanges/Damage
The return and replacement of a product is possible under the following conditions:
- Please contact us first by phone or send an email explaining the reason for the return.
- The return must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- The product must not have been used.
- Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The company is not responsible for any deterioration of fragile products during transport, as these risks are mentioned in the product information and the return policy does not apply to them.
The products travel at the buyer’s risk and the company bears no responsibility for any loss, wear or damage that may occur during transport due to the responsibility of third parties.
Order Cancellation – Withdrawal
Cancellation of the order may be made in the following cases:
- Before the order is completed and before it is shipped, during the online ordering process you can cancel or convert the quantity you had selected.
- The consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw if he has made distance purchases without stating the reasons and with the sole burden of the cost of returning the product.
The MELIMPAMPA store, for its part, must refund the money within 14 calendar days from the day on which it was informed by the consumer that he is withdrawing.

Can I pick up my order myself?
Yes, but only when the shipping cost (especially due to volume) is unprofitable and after consultation. Can I track my order? (track order)
Through your account you can select the option “Order History” where you can see the status of your order and track its progress, with the shipping code which is indicated, through the courier company’s electronic application. In any case, you can contact us either by phone at 2313 086333, or by sending an email to info@melimpampa.gr and we will be happy to serve you regarding the progress of your order. Of course, when your order is ready for shipment, we will inform you electronically.
Can I return a product?
Of course you can. If for any reason you have changed your mind about a product you have received, you can return it within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order at your own expense, as long as the product and its original packaging are intact. To proceed with the return process, you must complete the return form and send it to us together with the product to the address MELIMPAMPA, Miki Theodoraki 86 (Former Lagkada), 56727 Thessaloniki. We will electronically send you a credit code of equal value to the returned product, which you can redeem on your next purchase.
I received a defective product. What do I do?
We do everything possible to ensure that the products reach you in perfect condition. Am I responsible for the return cost?
If you changed your mind about a purchase, the return cost is your responsibility. If you want us to send you another product instead of the one you returned, the shipping cost is your responsibility. If the error is ours, that is, if you received the wrong product or a defective product, then the return costs are our responsibility. The cost of cash on delivery is not refundable.
How will I send the product back to you?
