10. Payments
We have selected the most popular payment methods and they are at your disposal for the best possible service. Please choose when prompted the method that suits you best.
Transfer to bank account
You can choose to pay by deposit to 3 banks: a) EUROBANK, b) ETHNIKI, c) PIRAEUS. Account details are included in the email that will be sent to you with the order confirmation. Once you have completed the transfer of the money, you must send the deposit receipt by e-mail to info@melimpampa.gr. In case of deposit via webbanking from a different bank, there are costs that are set by each bank and must be paid by you.
Upon delivery of the order (cash on delivery)
If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, this means that you will pay the employee of the cooperating transport company when he delivers your order to you. In this case, there is a relevant charge. Read more in section “11. Shipments”.
Payment at the Store
You can make your payment at our store, which is located at 86 Mikis Theodorakis Ave., (formerly Lagkada Street), Thessaloniki. (find on the map-“contact”) In case you would like to pay and receive outside of business hours, it is necessary to arrange a specific appointment with us (on the phone: 2313 086333 or through our contact form).
By Credit/Debit card through the secure operation of the National Bank or via Paypal
You can use your credit/debit card through the secure card acceptance system of the National Bank or on PayPal. In case you choose Paypal you will be transferred to the most popular secure transaction platform in the world. PayPal accepts the following cards for your convenience: VISA, MASTER CARD, AMEX, DISCOVERY, MAESTRO. In case you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay with your card by automatically creating an account. Of course, if you wish, you can pay with the money already in your PayPal account. There is a 4.75% charge on the total value of your order (it is automatically calculated and appears on the total value of your order).
In case you choose to pay by card, you can use your credit / debit card through the secure card acceptance system of the National Bank, without any charge for you.
11. Shipments
We ship products throughout Greece using the COURIER ELTA courier service for items weighing up to 3 kilos or BOX NOW for items weighing up to 20 kilos, while for items weighing more, we will contact you before delivery.
For orders over €30 and according to the above weights, shipping is FREE, while for orders of lower value or heavier weights, there will be a minimum charge, as detailed below.
Free shipping or shipping with the indicated charges apply to Greece.
For abroad, prior consultation will be required before delivery (usually the charge for shipping to European countries is €20 per 1kg of weight)
Shipping Cost
All prices within Greece include 24% VAT.
By Courier, shipping costs are €2.90 for packages up to 3 kilos and €1.00 for each additional kilo.
With BOX NOW, shipping costs are €2.00 for packages up to 20 kilos (only with prepayment option, no cash on delivery option)
For deliveries abroad, prior agreement will be made before delivery (usually the charge for shipping to European countries is €20 per 1 kilo)
If the volume and/or weight of the order is greater than that automatically calculated by the system, there may be an additional charge, for which you will be informed before shipment.
Cash on delivery
If you wish to pay by cash on delivery, the additional charge within Greece is €1.90.
Delivery times
For delivery by the courier company, you will receive it at your door and it is usually done the next business day day. Attica and land destinations: 1-2 business days. Island destinations and hard-to-reach areas: 2 to 3 business days. For abroad it may take more than 3-4 business days.
– Product deliveries are made on weekdays except holidays. For Saturday delivery by courier there is an additional charge of €2 including VAT 24%. There are no deliveries on Sundays.
General Remarks
– During peak periods such as the Christmas and Easter holidays or special circumstances such as the “LockDown” due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the time period varies and may be extended to more days. The company is committed to delivering without delay, but is not responsible for any delays that may arise from the cooperating express delivery company. Customers will be informed of the exact delivery time as soon as it is communicated to the company by the cooperating courier company.
Foreign -Special terms
We will contact you for consultation before shipping.
The charge for sending a parcel up to 1kg to European countries is usually €20.
Any charges that appear in your cart are very likely not to apply and the total value of your order may be different.
You will be specifically notified by phone or e-mail before shipping and in case you do not accept the new terms and the new configured value for sending orders abroad, your order will be canceled by us. If you have already made a payment, the money will be refunded to you (any bank charges are borne by the customer).
12. Returns/Changes/Damage
The return and replacement of a product is possible under the following conditions:
▪ contact us first by phone or send an email explaining the reason for the return.
▪ the return must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
▪ the product must not have been used
▪ shipping costs are borne by the customer
The company is not responsible for any damage to fragile products during shipping.their time, since these risks are mentioned in the product information and the return policy does not apply to them.

14. Order Cancellation-Withdrawal
Cancellation of the order can be done in the following cases:
a) Before the order is completed and before it is shipped, during the electronic ordering process you can cancel or convert the quantity you had chosen.
b) The consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw if he has made purchases remotely without stating the reasons and with the sole charge of the cost of returning the product.
The MELIMPAMPA store for its part, must return the money within 14 calendar days from the day on which the consumer was informed of his withdrawal.

Can I pick up my order myself?
Yes, but only when the shipping cost (especially due to volume) is unprofitable and after consultation. Can I track my order? (track order)
Through your account you can select the option “Order history” where you can see the status of your order and track its progress, with the shipping code that is indicated, through the courier company’s electronic application. In any case, you can contact us either by phone at 2313 086333, or by sending an email to info@melimpampa.gr and we will be happy to serve you regarding the progress of your order. Of course, when your order is ready for shipment, we will inform you electronically.
Can I return a product?
Of course you can. If for any reason you changed your mind about a product you received, you can return it within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order at your own expense, as long as the product and its original packaging are intact. To proceed with the return process, you must complete the return form and send it to us together with the product to the address MELIMPAMPA, Mikis Theodoraki 86 (Former Lagkada), 56727 Thessaloniki. We will electronically send you a credit code of equal value to the returned product, which you can redeem on your next purchase.
I received a defective product. What do I do?
We do everything possible to ensure that the products reach you in perfect condition. Am I responsible for the return cost?
If you changed your mind about a purchase, the return cost isYou are responsible for the shipping costs. If you want us to send you another product instead of the one you are returning, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. If the error is ours, i.e. if you received the wrong product or a defective product, then the return costs are ours. The COD cost is not refundable.
How do I send the product back to you?
